Ser Feliz é algo mais complexo do que muita gente imagina. O como e o porquê ser feliz é fruto de uma inteligência e uma prontidão voltada prioritariamente para a conquista da felicidade acima de tudo, viver de acordo com a Ordem Cósmica e Harmonia da Natureza, sempre.
Manter-se sempre fiel ao princípio de sobrevivência.
Este Princípio mostra que os organismos vivos estão aparelhados para a sobrevivência acima de qualquer outra coisa. Sobreviver é a questão mais importante e possui as dinâmicas correspondentes aos estágios que o indivíduo ou a sociedade como um todo está vivendo. É muito importante observar como a vida é pródiga no sentido da sobrevivência. Veja o que acontece dentro do seu refrigerador: os legumes, raízes e tubérculos, ao mesmo tempo em que vão murchando, estouram vida (raízes e brotos) por tudo que é canto. O chuchu, a cenoura, a batata, a cebola etc., mostram que a principal lei da vida é sobreviver, – mas sobreviver com abundância! – multiplicando a vida indistintamente por N vidas.
Contrária à Lei da Sobrevivência existe a chamada Lei da Entropia, que vem do grego, (entrope, volta, retorno), que caracteriza o estado de “desordem” de um sistema e reflete as perdas de energia comuns a todas as coisas. O envelhecimento, a amarelidão das coisas, a ferrugem etc., são a resultante dos processos de entropia existentes nas próprias coisas. A estes dois processos Freud chamou de pulsão de vida e pulsão de morte.
Aquele que se identifica com a vida, identifica-se também com a felicidade e com todas as coisas contrárias à Lei da Entropia, quais sejam: o movimento contra a estagnação; a criatividade contra a repetição; a celebração e a alegria contra a tristeza e luto; a beleza contra a falta de estética e feiura. Sabendo-se que o corpo é governado pela mente, o homem conscientemente contrapõe-se aos processos entrópicos, utilizando-se dos mecanismos construtivos da própria mente: Os Pensamentos, Os Sentimentos, As Palavras, As Visualizações, As Ações Corretas e a Impecabilidade na Forma de estar Consciente, de manter a Atenção qualificada.
São estas as FORÇAS DA CRIAÇÃO MENTAL. É o que há de mais importante e devemos saber como e porque utilizá-las em nosso benefício. Felicidade é sinônimo de Harmonia e esta só pode ser conseguida pela utilização correta das Forças da Precipitação, como veremos agora. Resumidamente temos o seguinte: O ser humano é uma precipitação da Luz, advinda da Mente do Supremo. Ele possui um corpo físico e, portanto, ocupa um lugar no espaço/tempo. Possui um corpo imaterial, o espírito, que se manifesta através e apesar do corpo físico. É do equilíbrio entre estas duas formas de manifestação existencial que a emanação de vida constrói uma vida feliz e harmonizada.
Manutenção da consciência como meta de vida.
Vimos, anteriormente, que somos uma precipitação da Luz! Necessário se faz, entretanto, conhecermos a fundo o nosso processo de interação com o Universo inteiro, pois é dessa interação consciente e responsável, que resultam os estados harmoniosos de Felicidade, objetivo principal deste nosso trabalho.
Felicidade é sinônimo de Harmonia. Quanto mais você organiza sua vida dentro dos padrões de harmonia, mais você estará qualificando-se para ser feliz. Daí dever entender que é um ser multifacetado e que a sua exigência de harmonia deverá contemplar toda esta multiplicidade de exigências comuns ao seu grau de desenvolvimento. Um ser, quanto mais evoluído, ou evoluindo em direção à meta básica da sua existência, mais terá que se desdobrar para atender a anseios nunca sequer imaginados.
As pessoas mais rudes estão concentradas nas necessidades básicas próximas às dos animais inferiores: alimentação, procriação, sono satisfeito e um lazer compatível com seu estágio de evolução. Mas, naqueles que estão num grau evolutivo mais consciente, os novos anseios brotam como flores silvestres em tempos de primavera. Aprender a gerenciar esta proliferação de novas expectativas faz parte do aprendizado do discípulo e este tem que ter determinação e discernimento para transitar com desenvoltura de um estágio para outro mais avançado, com ânimo e firmeza de propósito.
Quem tem olhos para ver enxerga que todo esforço evolutivo realizado pela natureza é nada mais, nada menos, que uma busca de excelência funcional para aquisição futura de um estágio de consciência cada vez mais evoluído. Consciência é vida! Quanto mais consciência, mais plenitude de vida! A felicidade é como se fosse um substrato dessa busca incessante de consciência. É uma forma de colaboração com a natureza intrínseca do ser. Isto vai desde o minúsculo átomo, que cumpre os seus desígnios, desempenhando as funções que lhe cabem na formação de substâncias simples ou mesmo desempenhando atividades mais elevadas e complexas, como a composição de um órgão da visão, as sinapses do cérebro, a formação das células de um coração etc., até a formação de unidades de consciência que formam o Universo inteiro.
Há um padrão de Ordem Cósmica que permeia tudo e o princípio básico que mantém esta Ordem é o princípio da Harmonia. As desarmonias aparentes como as doenças, os tornados, vulcões e terremotos são nada mais, nada menos, do que a natureza corrigindo alguma Lei que foi perturbada, principalmente pela ação e insensatez nefasta do homem, que polui, devasta e arrasa a natureza com o objetivo vil e irresponsável simplesmente de obter lucro, sem pensar nas gerações futuras.
Ser feliz é estar em harmonia consigo mesmo, ou seja, contemplando a sua multiplicidade, de forma amorosa e disciplinada. Seu corpo físico precisa de alimentos de qualidade, de lazer, de exercícios e de ar puro. Sua mente precisa abrigar bons pensamentos e bons sentimentos, suas ações deverão ser sempre de acordo com sua Consciência Divina, a fim de que você nunca deixe rastros inapagáveis, que maculem sua alma no caminho da busca de expressão da divindade que você e todos nós somos, ou seja: divindades aprisionadas, em busca da libertação definitiva: a ASCENSÃO, meta final de todos nós.
