De tudo isso que estamos dizendo, resulta que serão necessários três empreendimentos interligados para se conseguir a verdadeira felicidade tão desejada por todos nós: 1) Autoconhecimento, 2) Autodomínio e 3) – Autorrealização.

Uma análise do gráfico acima, demonstra que a realização do estado de felicidade implica em se adquirir o Autoconhecimento, passando pelo Autodomínio até atingir a Autorrealização. As setas aparecem em sentido duplo justamente por que a recíproca também é verdadeira: cada estágio adquirido, serve como impulsionador do estágio anterior, ou seja: quem já adquiriu o estágio de Autorrealização, tem muito mais condições de implementar estágios precedentes já adquiridos, como o Autodomínio e o Autoconhecimento.
